Q: Do you provide free estimates?

A: Yes, our estimates are free and typically include a sketch of the project in order for clients to see general design.

Q: How long does it take to get an estimate?

A: Typical time is 3 working days, unless otherwise directed by S.C.E.

Q: How much experience does your company have?

A: Owner, Rod Brooker, has been in construction industry since 1988. He started working for an Amish based company building pole barns in Ohio for several years and then launched a framing and trim company that constructed numerous large-scale homes, hotels, and commercial projects. In 2000, his career path transcended into estimating and managing multi-million dollar commercial projects for three different well known companies until early 2010. Since startup and launch of Scenic City Exteriors in May 2010, he has designed and constructed various projects throughout Chattanooga and North Georgia areas. Among the owners experience, his lead carpenters and staff are the best in the business. Scenic City Exteriors hires only the most skilled craftsmen as quality and customer satisfaction is our #1 goal.

Q: Do you provide a warranty?

A: Yes. We provide a one year warranty from substantial completion for labor and materials. Some projects such as TimberTech, comes with an additional manufacturer’s warranty based on the product chosen.
